Just some thoughts to share!

How to survive in LIFE!
hmmm... How we learn in lifer?
1) We learn from our own mistakes(experience) and we will remember it always!
2) We learn from other people mistakes(other who share experience with u).
3) We learn during our school days! hmm... maybe alot of us didnt learn any useful stuff during our education, but think back... did u really not learn anything?

trying to share with u all some stuff i learnt from school. and it can also applied to working life!
that is, EXPECTATION!
1) You must have high expectation of urself!
2) BUT in front of your superior! give them a lesser expectation of how they feel about u!
3) THEN u will not need to work so hard, and when u reach the "less expectation" of how they expect about u and maybe over their expectation... they will feel u are performing... then in a long run! u will get promotion quicker! and get more bonus during the appraisal period!

Nice strategy? hmmm, i think next time just be humble... silent is golden.. .innocent is bliss!
